To introduce IKEA’s new in-app scanning feature, we created Scan & Run – a fast-paced in-store competition where participants had just two minutes to scan as many products as they could. Whatever made it into the iconic blue bag became theirs. The idea turned a functional app update into a playful, high-energy experience that quickly spread from IKEA Jönköping to additional stores.
